The finish I use, 3 parts shingle oil and 1 part Minwax wood finish, should last you a year, longer if the furniture is stored inside for the winter.
If you chose to refinish it just spray or wipe on more shingle oil. There are a lot of other products out there just make sure they are for a outdoor life.
You can pressure wash my furniture but be very careful, go lightly. Cedar is a soft wood and you could damage it.
My furniture is made to be left outside that's why I use Cedar in it's construction. Just realize cedar does turn a silver-gray color with time.
